Imagine if all your Girl Scout Cookie fantasies came true in one evening — where chefs and bartenders made the most magical sweet and savory bites and cocktails ALL using that epic cookie ingredient. Fancy Thin Mint braised short ribs, or Thin Mint bon bons with burnt bourbon meringue, croccante, and gold leaf? How about a Samoas cocktail or Thin Mint martini? We loved the savory Trefoils Cookie black-eyed pea hummus cheesecake and butterscotch panna cotta with caramelized pineapple and Trefoils Cookies.
We also had a DJ, cookie hair art, a life-sized cookie box fire sculpture made by a local architecture firm, and in the first year, a fashion museum with couture inspired by Girl Scout Cookies!
